Bees' Choice is based in Cape Town. The honey is raw, unfiltered and unheated, and is produced from ethically managed, badger-friendly hives. In addition to the honey Bees' Choice produce, the honey is also sourced from other beekeepers who share Bees' Choice ethos on honey farming.
